On 26 July, the Chamber organized a seminar that explored the potential of innovation and technology in the Northern Metropolis development plan. Ms Kathy Lee, Head of Research, and Ms Hannah Jeong, Head of Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers, as well as Prof Toa Charm, Founder of Data Literacy Association, highlighted the need for a robust blueprint, planning flexibility, and integrated land use to attract talent and investment to the area. They also discussed the impact of the development plan on the property market and its potential investment opportunities.
